I found that it's only with dead keys. To input accented character in
portuguese we press dead_accent and vogal. For instance, dead acute -a = á.
Altgr -a or anyother is ok.
With wine > 0.60 there are the bug **only on KDE** and dead keys.
Likely is bug 12475.
