[Bug 50489] Capture2Text fails to show the capturebox (or maybe fails to grab keyboard input?)

Still occurs with wine 6.3 , however i found a workaround

if i keep the context menu (the one that appears after right-clicking the tray
icon) open then press the shortcut while keeping the cursor somewhere inside
the context menu , the capturebox appears 
if the cursor is outside the cursor , the capturebox responds however it is
invisible , appears after hovering over the open context menu

However the capturebox keeps jumping around as i move the cursor, i'll file a
separate bug report for the jumping capture box
