It's something to do with usb mouse ??? without receiver in usb when starting game it will work,when it's started i can put back to usb that receiver and it will work.
If someone would tell me correct switches for wine to get debug logs for xinput, It definelty would answer the question if it is related to USB interface...
It might be the case that this bug is dependent of the https://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?p=73192 listed issues.
