[Bug 18991] Sims 3 crash loading a Town

Problem still persists in 1.1.26 however, there is a slight difference in the
terminal output. It adds another line after the icall error, so now it looks
like this:

* Assertion at ....\mono\mono\metadata\icall.c:5454, condition `err' not met
err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x110058 "heap.c: main process
heap section" wait timed out in thread 0018, blocked by 0009, retrying (60 sec)
