Steam uses around 25%-30%/600% of CPU time and the wineserver64 uses around 15%-20%/600% of CPU time even when Steam is only active in the tray. A search on the web pointed me out to Steam issues in the past that 25%-30% CPU usage of Steam sometimes randomly just happens and might just be an (eventually still) unresolved bug of Steam. Reinstalling Steam and even creating a new Steam profile did not solve this issue and with seeing other Wine users having this recently as well I guess this specific case is probably a Wine issue.
