[Bug 21730] Can't install Format Factory under wine

Setup log is only:
fixme:shell:SHAutoComplete stub

Couldn't reproduce with current git.

App starts slow but seems to work, i didn't really try to use specific
function.

Please create a clean wineprefix and then retry installation
