+msi,+relay,+service log of attempting to install postgresql-8.3-int.msi, after
applying patch

Last 900000 lines of log; compressed with rzip.
I pressed ^C in the terminal when the "Fatal error" appeared.
I RelayExclude'd kernel32.lstrcmpW; ntdll.RtlAllocateHeap; ntdll.RtlFreeHeap;
kernel32.GetProcessHeap.
