First of two patches to temporary work around the problem

Since I upgraded to wine 1.3.25, the cursor in Uru - Complete Chronicles (demo:
http://download.cnet.com/Uru-Ages-Beyond-Myst-demo/3000-2097_4-10245688.html)
is no longer drawn.

A bisect  gave this commit as first bad one (so I added Huw to CC):

gdi32: Add a PutImage implementation to the dib driver.

The two patches I am going to attach fix the issue for me by reverting that
commit, and the one that followed. That's of course just a temporary solution.
