Hi

Windows can sometimes use a BMP file in place of an ICO file, but
winemenubuilder can only thumbnail ICO files (bug 26880). The cleanest way to
fix this is to convert the BMP file to an ICO file, then push it through
winemenubuilder's icon selection code as that ICO file. Unfortunately a
WICIcoEncoder does not exist :-(.

Please can you add it?
