Lines before Unhandled page fault

I can confirm this, only for me it happens every time I try to start a new
game.  Running wine-1.1.34 on Ubuntu 9.10.  FWIW, this is run in a desktop, as
I have dual monitors, but running it outside the desktop doesn't help.

I tried running with WINEDEBUG=+d3d, since most of the fixme's are d3d, and the
resulting log was 1.2 GB... so I figure I'll wait for instruction.
