Important: Follow the instructions located here http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13426 in order to download the WebEngineV200N.msi file from the Virtual Mechanics Website.
Then install the msi file using the command
msiexec /i WebEngineV200N.msi You will then hopefully get the crash report as seen in the attachment send with the first post in this bug report.

PS I also changed the "component" box above from unknown to msi. Also changed the summary again to "msi crash during installation of WebEngine V200N by Virtual Mechanics" in order to clarify that this report details a different bug to the 'Not Trusted' bug deatailed in http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13426
