From my last regression (12930) on services, I have the feeling it may be that
the service is started. However, since the service is hidden (no active window), it's own report that the service is started (unmanaged window got opened) is ignored by Wine and thus the signal that it is started never reach the software. Presumably if you clear this problem, my regression will be fixed too.
