Correct. ShellExecute search order/path expansion is the blocker here. I have already provided all the necessary information for a fix. Someone just needs to pick it up.
The previous "hurray" stories regarding VS.NET 2005 are a bit misleading. This bug was originally aimed at Version 7.0 (VS.NET 2002) and 7.1 (VS.NET 2003). The remaining issue(s) differ from later VS.NET versions.
