These fonts are meant to be automatically installed when the program installs, but I checked to be sure and the majority of them are not on my machine. I installed the general Windows fonts that I was told were needed. If there's any way to extract the fonts into a separate folder to be installed manually, or some way to be sure that they actually install when Photoshop does, it might help.
