I could not reproduce a crash with wine-10.19 using the free trial available from https://dl.degica.com/rpgmakerweb/trial-download/RPGMV_161W_Setup.zip as I am able to install and launch RPG Maker MV successfully.
As no further information has been provided since it was requested, I'm resolving this bug as abandoned.
