I was able to fix the issue thanks to a person named Brian on the opensuse forums. What I did was replace my config.wtf file [after backing it up] with his, and just redoing all of my settings. I still get read errors sometimes, for skins, or land texture errors, but it seems to resolve itself overnight after a shut down. I am still not sure what exactly causes it, but replacing the .wtf file actually brought me from getting an error and getting it fixed from getting an error and NOTHING working. I don't know what else to think, but at least I can play WoW.
This bug will now be marked as resolved.
These are game bugs. This issue is in no way related to wine, you should reinstall the game or run Repair.exe as something went haywire when you patched at some point.
