Dependency Walker profile under MSWin ME

I installed Family Tree Maker 8 under MSWindows ME and ran Dependency Walker
against it to get some more detailed information on what the application is
doing.  In this file I had opened n existing genealogy file, and brought up the
"print settings" dialog that works under MSWin but fails under Wine & Crossover
Office (even under Crossover 22.1.1 and wine-8.11 Staging).

I had to use FTW8 since my installer for FTW7 was crashing under Win98 and
WinME.  But FTW8 has the exact same error in the print settings dialog.
