I tried 5.4.4 but the installer hangs. Can you try again in Wine 3.0-rc3 or later?
Tried with https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/4.2.8.2/win/x... and Wine 3.0 rc3:
Both .wine/drive_c/Win/System{msvcp100.dll|msvcr100.dll} are created.
