Seems that you're right. There's something wrong with my gstreamer, and I reported to: https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4060
According to that bug, you've been trying to install gstreamer-plugins-ugly 0.10. That wouldn't work even if you could install it; Wine needs 1.0 or later (I have 1.6.3).
