Not seen such issue recently in SC2.
Will try to test it tomorrow thought.
I am able to reproduce this issue at will. 1. Start custom game. 2. Press alt+tab (choosing firefox i.e.) 3. Press alt+tab 4. Left click on the map will lead in infinite ping loop
