[Bug 18295] Textures on characters don't sync in Everquest 2

actually versions 1.01 through 1.15 seem to be free of this problem. So
something changed since then is causing the graphical glitches, as for 1.19 and
1.20 crashing the game, thats a separate bug that needs reporting. All the info
about these bugs and confirmation can be found in recent comments on the appdb
page for the game.
