On startup, the console says
err:module:import_dll Library psmimagecrt.dll (which is needed by L"C:\Program
Files\PSM\Plugins\PSMCharts.dll") not found
even though that library is in the Plugins directory.

Setting the current directory to Plugins before running
causes that message not to appear, but then the rest
of the app has other problems (can't find sample data file).

I haven't found which part of the app this hurts yet,
but presumably it does cause some real problem.
