After installing 1.3.15, do i need to reinstall previous apps that were installed with wine 1.2.2?
Yes, it's better to reinstall in clean .wine dir.
Should i install mdac for windows XP, since they do not have it for windows7.
Right, use XP version and left wine reported version by default (XP SP3).
