AppDB says platinum and "Everything works" for 1.3.23. Did it work for you in previous versions too? If it worked, could you run the regression test please: http://wiki.winehq.org/RegressionTesting
I can't. Compilation of Wine takes almost 2 hours on my comp and the last working version was 1.3.14. When I have installed some later version from PPA, it didn't have OSS support, so I have downgraded to Wine 1.2.3. Some other apps didn't want to run, so when 1.3.24 was released with OSS support back, I installed it but now I can't get sound to work in FMOD games. I tried going back to earlier versions including 1.3.18 and 1.2.3, but now I can't get Armored Brigade to work at all in earlier versions despite that it worked perfectly previously. It works only in 1.3.24 but the sound doesn't work.
