So you are saying that the patch causes major performance regressions for you? I talked to an Nvidia guy about the patch and he didn't export performance issues.
Yes.
The only way I can play WoW/WC3 currently without it crashing after a short time is using the patch located here http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10778, on an unpatched version of wine I'll get the virtmem error after short time.
