[Bug 14419] Icons outputted to textbox do not render.

So far as I can tell it is still an issue. The maintainer of the BYOND software
has long since changed the code to prevent crashing on icon failure, but they
still don't display. I did not, however, attempt to wipe out my .wine folder
first to see if any overwrites I've done might have been getting in the way.
