Hi Dmitry,

The patch did fix the flickering issue for me, but I noticed a few new oddities
with the treeview scrollbars in regedit after applying it:

1. When regedit is first opened, a horizontal scrollbar is present even though
there's no need to scroll.

2. Expend HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, then select it. A vertical scrollbar should
appear. Now close and reopen regedit - HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT is still expanded, but
the vertical scrollbar has disappeared.
