Hello folks,

triagers: Please reword/fix silly summaries when resolving - regardless if it's
a dupe, invalid or whatever.

Novice users are tempted to subscribe/comment on these bugs because they don't
bother to read details/comments and just see: "it doesn't work", "my program
crashes", "wine crashes".

Additionally we end up with many bugs having exactly the same nonsense
summary/title displayed in search/query form.
This makes 'simple search' form using summary/title pretty useless.
