On the way to bug 9992, the app spits out several errors like

fixme:ole:OLEPictureImpl_Load Unknown magic 0400, 2475 read bytes:

...

Presumably some icon or other isn't loading properly.

Native dcom98 doesn't work with this app, fwiw.
