When I try to install the new beyond the sword patch (3.19) I get an error
like;

fixme:msi:MSI_OpenDatabaseW open failed r = 80030003 for
L"\C:\windows\temp\{086B718C-78A8-4F85-857B-EAFD6658B6E2}\{32E4F0D2-C135-475E-A841-1D59A0D22989}\vcredist.msi"

Which makes sense as the folder creates in c:\windows\temp is
'{A6DDB50F-18CA-4500-9968-D7EB5069AD42}' so it wouldn't be able to open the
non-existent temp folder '{086B718C-78A8-4F85-857B-EAFD6658B6E2}'.

I am using Ubuntu 9.04, and using the debs provided by winehq.
