[Bug 12520] Yoda Stories main window is too small

Interestingly, if I disable the window manager option, I can go into the system
menu and click "Restore" to get a normal sized window in 0.9.59.  So I now have
a working workaround. :)

Once 0.9.60 binaries get pushed out for Ubuntu I'll see if it's fixed or
behaves differently.
