I'm sorry for setting the bug as major. I haven't noticed this in "How to
report", I see it now, sorry.

Thank you for the reply, It looks like this is duplicate of mentioned bug.
Setting PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC to 0 or 200 solves the issue.
