Log with timestamps/tids added.

Hmm, apparently the skynet lookup was a bit later than I thought, although
still way before the server timeout. It's possible that they have a manual ~5s
timeout due to receiving no new data, but I wouldn't bet on it (especially
since the socket seems to be handled by a different thread, although that could
just be offloading it). I'm going to do a run with +relay this evening and see
if 003d was doing anything detectably interesting in those 5s.
