Build environment difference between wine-staging 2.13 and 2.14

I was replying to andy, and I think the case sensitivity doesn't have anything
to do with the bug.

I have attached the build environment difference between wine-staging 2.13 and
2.14. Since wine-staging 2.13 on the current system still works, the build
environment is somewhat suspicious.
