[Bug 13363] Default bug severity should be normal

By seeing how many users still take not notice whatsoever and set their bugs as
critical.

Was setting PC and OS a good move?

Changing those fields to Choose... will force the user to actually pick their
details (as "Choose..." shouldn't be accepted by the server), and they have no
reason to lie about their architecture.

Also, "Platform" and "OS" could be changed to "Your Platform" and "Your OS".
