[Bug 35511] NdrProxyInitialize causes crash during set up

So running with 1.7.11, I get the following popup message during installation:

Feature Transfer: Error -1627 Function failed

After which the setup program bombs out and it's game over.

I've attached what I see in the console output.  I don't know if this is
sufficient information or if there is something else I can do.

Again I installed ie7 through winetricks on top of a clean .wine directory.
