i face this bug from wine v3.6 to latest version wine 3.17 currently
now am using wine v 3.5 on deepin desktop on manjaro because it is the latest version to not have this bug
Can you do a regression test for finding out which commit break it? This will be very useful. For more information about regression test please read https://wiki.winehq.org/Regression_Testing .
