Hi, Dylan.

Recently I changed caret bitmap creation a bit (commit
dcddea361f3cd2717c92757adddb87badc55d3ff). I verified this using a single
window app with background filled with grey and black stripes. The goal was to
remove dependency of a theme colour, cause windows doesn't depend on it - it
just inverts colour. I don't think this change caused a problem but you still
could check.
