Seems unlikely to be copy protection. The download page states that the
software is free (I'll add this link, cant do so right now.) It is intended
that you dont get the software until after you have "joined" but the software
should at least run. I have spoken to their support team who give the usual
story... Linux not supported, may run under an emulator (under Linux) etc, we
dont understand what Linux is, etc. I have not located anyone who has the
current version working under wine.
