VBS example

This took me while, because no example attached. So i first had to became a
"VBS programmer ;-)"

I can't confirm this bug report. To be sure i do it correctly under
wine-1.1.36:

* winetricks wsh56
 * wine start hello_world.vbs  <--  **WORKS**
 * wine explorer.exe  <-- than click on attached hello_world.vbs **WORKS**

If i did everything right, i don't see a problem here.
