... when I use 'Alt-Tab' there is one instance running without a window.
Still can't confirm for KDE v4.4.3. See my screen shot... But i noticed, that there is <2> which looks like KDE recognize, that there are two windows and virtually merge them (just speculation!). I don't see <2> in any other cases, only with TheBat.
