wrc Parser patch to apply to versions around 0.9.5 (applies cleanly)

patch for the wrc parser to apply for versions around 0.9.5 (applies cleanly).
This patch was necessary on my setup to be able to build revisions around
0.9.5, and has been taken directly from the reverse regressions wiki page.
