By upstream do you mean wine-devel or from my distribution?
The latest version for Debian Buster is version 4.x, https://packages.debian.org/buster/wine
I was running wine-devel when I first noticed the issue, then I went to the bug reporter and there was no obvious choice for reporting devel breakages so I uninstalled -devel and installed -staging then confirmed the bug was present and filed this ticket for -staging.
Yes, wine-devel, which is usually just called "wine" here. The wine-staging product is for issues specific to wine-staging; we prefer that all users test with upstream wine first.
