log using WINEDEBUG=+quartz,+strmbase,+gstreamer,+timestamp GST_DEBUG=6 [1/4]

With these debug options, I get a few seconds of stuttering audio for a few
seconds, then it cuts out entirely. The video drops more and more frames, soon
it's 10+ seconds between displayed ones.

[The file is split into 4 parts because of the size limit, just cat it together
before decompression.]
