[Bug 34348] Wine xrandr12 failure

We have lots of Nvidia users (including me) and that patch has been part of
Wine for months, so if it were really preventing most apps from running I would
have expected lots of bug reports and forum posts shortly after it was first
committed. No one else has reported this, and I certainly haven't seen it on my
system.
