view on trash - attribute of folder TCF - Error message

I am working with UBUNTU  8.04 - Hardy Heron  avril 2008

I had tried to install "TCF" ( a firmware for Window XP like "Money" ) 
on Wine 1.1.14  but without success,
and i had put  folder and file TCF from C drive to the trash.
> From this time, I have install TCF with success, and it is operating

but it is impossible to erase folder and file TCF than I had put in trash.
And impossible to modify their attribute and permission.
