[Bug 18562] foxtrader crash with page fault

I am sorry because I forgot which rev. this problem does not exist, I decided
to do a "wide" bisect. So I checked out 1.1.0, while I compile, it gives me
this error:

this compile problem also exists in version 1.1.1...

About days ago I just did several bisect compiling, although not able to locate
this bug, but compiling is always ok.... I don't know what goes wrong here.
