log running the hasp lm 8.3 installer

It seems the (almost?) same version of this HASP LM license manager is
availablable from here https://hasp-license-manager.software.informer.com/8.3/

When running the installer in wine, it shows the exact same behaviour.
The log file is attached.

The behaviour is the same whether the USB hardware dongle is connected to the
host or not - this does not seem to matter. Effectively, it means the hardware
dongle is not recognized.
