This bug is probably very similar to the issues I've seen with Team Fortress 2,
where text is randomly missing. It appears to be less serious in Dota2 (maybe
because it's a newer game and Valve has done something to resolve it?), and
only appears in tooltips.

I'm unable to actually find a bug report for the Team Fortress 2 text issue,
though there are a few mentions of it on the Team Fortress 2 appdb page.
