I have two monitors (same resolution) connected to my ATI X1950 Pro, running fglrx. When starting Unreal Tournament in fullscreen mode the monitor layout switched to a clone mode instead the previous separate layout. The problem is: after exiting the game the clone mode stays..
That could be a problem with fglrx or with wine, I'm not completely sure.
